Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the True Forward Group website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This is a template for a crypto on‑ramp/off‑ramp landing page. Replace placeholders with your legal entity name, address, and jurisdiction, and consult legal counsel.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Services may be unavailable in certain locations.

2. Services description

The Services may enable users to (a) purchase cryptoassets using bank payments (“On‑Ramp”) and/or (b) sell cryptoassets and receive fiat payouts to a bank account (“Off‑Ramp”). Availability, fees, and settlement times vary and are subject to compliance checks and operational constraints.

3. Compliance and verification

You agree to provide accurate information and to complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) if required. We may screen transactions for sanctions, fraud, and anti‑money laundering (“AML”) purposes and may delay, suspend, or reject a transaction where necessary.

4. Fees and pricing

Fees, spreads, and network costs may apply and will be displayed before you confirm a transaction. Quotes may be time‑limited. If a quote expires, you may need to request a new quote.

5. User responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Only use wallets and bank accounts you are authorized to use.
  • Verify destination wallet addresses—crypto transfers are generally irreversible.

6. Risks

Cryptoassets can be volatile and may involve significant risk of loss. Network congestion, protocol changes, or third‑party service outages may affect transaction completion.

7. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or attempting to compromise the integrity or security of the Services.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where required by law, to protect users, or to address suspected misuse.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, True Forward Group SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen jurisdiction. Specify venue and dispute resolution terms appropriate for your business.
